What personal information we collect and why


When visitors leave comments on this website we gather the data shown in the comment form, the visitors IP adress and user agent string which is used to detect spam.

An anonymised string is created from your email (also known as hash-value) can be sent to the service Gravator to decide whether you are registered there or not. The privacy policy for Gravatar can be found at When your comment has been approved your profile picture together with your comment will be publicly available. 


If you upload images to the website you should avoid uploading images where EXIF-data includes data from GPS-localisation. Visitors to the website can download and find all localisation data from images on this website. 


When you fill a contact form on our website an automatically generated mail is send containing the information provided in the contact form. The mail containing the provided information is saved as long as the mail is left on the mail server. Only employees on REPRO AB will be able to receive and access these mails.

When a contact form has been filled and sent to the webbserver the data provided will be stored on the web server. This data is unavailable from anybody outside REPRO AB and will be saved on the web server for at least to years to enable REPRO AB to view statistics and historical submissions. 

This information is solely collected to enable REPRO AB to get back to potential customers. If company information or other sensitive data is extracted the data will be stored securely without access from anybody else but REPRO AB. 

The website developers, COIO (COIO DIGITAL AB) can access information stored on the mail and web server if required by REPRO AB, however COIO will not read, analyse, share or manipulate this data in any way.

If you visit our login page we will put a temporary cookie-file on your computer to evaluate if your web browsers supports them. This cookie contains no personal data and disappears when you close your browser. 

When you log in we will also create several cookie-files to save information about your login and layout decisions. Cookie-files for login is valid for 2 days and cookie-files for layout decisions are valid for 1 year. If you mark the “remember me” box your cookie will remain in 2 weeks. When you log out the cookie-files for login will be removed. 

We use third party cookies, which in our case are Google Analytics cookies. Google analytics is a service which logs the traffic on our website and send the data to servers in the United States. The reports we get from Google Analytics helps us understand how our website is used and how the traffic on our website looks. Google Analytics does not identify individual users usage of our website or associate an IP adress with a certain type of behaviour. We don’t share any data with anybody other than acknowledged in this privacy policy.

How long do we keep your data

If you write a comment the comment and its metadata will be saved without time limit. The reason for this is that we need to be able to find and approve follow-up comments automatically and not add them to a queue for evaluation..

For users who register on the website (if any), we also save the personal information they enter in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal data at any time (except that they can not change their username). The website administrators, COIO (COIO DIGITAL AB) can also view and edit this information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account or have written any comments on this website, you can request an export file with the personal information we have about you, including all information you have given us. You can also request that we delete all personal information we have about you. This does not include any information that we have to save for administrative, legal or security purposes.

If you have used a contact form, you also have the right to request an export file of the stored information.

Comments from visitors may be checked via an automated spam detection service. Information provided via contact forms may be verified by an automated spam detection service.

How we protect your information

By forcing encrypted communication between client and server (https), we can ensure that information exchange between client and server is not readable in the event of a man-in-the-middle attack. By not sharing your information with third parties, we minimize the risk of your information being leaked to parties who do not have access to the information.

What procedures do we have for data leaks

We do our utmost to prevent a data leak. Should, despite our measures to minimize the risk, a data leak occur, we will notify everyone who has been affected by the leak as soon as possible in order to ensure that our customers know what and how information was leaked.

From which outside parties we receive data

We do not accept sensitive information from outside parties. The only information we receive from third parties is the usage statistics of our website, which we receive from Google.
